TPDCo's Parish Marker Project
1 | 1402 Breaton Renovation Project
The client requested that we renovate the property to make it a more modern, fit-for-purpose and livable structure that fetches a higher rental price; and also improve the quality of the lifestyle of those who rent the property.
In Phase 1, we converted the veranda, bathroom and one-bedroom area into and one-bedroom self-contained suite with its own kitchen.
2 | TPDCo Parish Marker Project
Mareino was approached by TPDCo., to repair the St. Mary-Portland, Portland-St. Thomas and St. James-Trelawny Parish Markers. The boards needed replacing as they were rotting from long-term exposure to the elements while the original metal lettering were falling off. The project scope required that the new letters stood up to the elements, be more durable while being modern and aesthetically pleasing.

To achieve this goal, we employed the use of a Composite PVC material to cut the letters, sprayed using automotive finish and attach directly to the boards for a more refined and bold look.
3 | Public Bus Stop (Architectural Style)
Mareino partnered with Value Tree Farm and Hardware Company Ltd., to build three (3) public bus stops in the St. Mary South Eastern Constituency.

The Bus Stops provides a safe and comfortable waiting area for locals and tourists, as they wait to secure either private or public transportation. These bus shelters allow for shelter from adverse weather conditions, whilst adding to the aesthetics of the communities.
